La Guérite Brûlefer invites you to discover Charles Bonvin wines and culinary products from the Valais region. In the shade of the terraces overlooking the Château de Tourbillon, visitors are immersed in the heart of Sion’s vineyards.

Le Cube
Winner of the Swiss Heritage Award in 2013, this old gatehouse suspended between sky and vines has been transformed into a gourmet space. This shady summer stopover will win you over with its remarkable location near the Bisse de Clavau.
A place in the image of its owner, Philippe Varone, resolutely modern yet attached to tradition. Fine wines and an innovative restaurant menu await you.

Bonvin
Le Clos du Château
Once a shelter and warehouse for our winegrowers, the Mazots du Clos du Château have been open to customers for the past decade. They offer an exceptional, private space to discover the wines of the Maison Bonvin estate, right where they are produced.
The terrace, nestled in the vineyards, reaches for the sky and offers a breathtaking view of Tourbillon and the snow-capped peaks of the Val d’Hérens.

What are the booking conditions?
Rental of the Mazots du Clos du Château is charged at CHF 500. This sum will be returned to you in the form of a voucher to be used on all our wines at Celliers de Sion. The invoice and voucher will be sent to you by post after your visit. Thank you for your understanding.
What happens in bad weather?
In case of bad weather, we can accommodate a maximum of 32 people indoors.
