Course
You will be welcomed at Les Celliers de Sion at the time you choose when booking.
We’ll give you a coupon entitling you to 5 glasses of wine (1 dl) of your choice*.
You are then invited to download the Celliers de Sion app, which will guide you through your gourmet walk (stages, location details, etc.).
You’re free to set off at your convenience, which means you can enjoy your first glasses at Celliers de Sion before setting off on your gourmet walk.
You go at your own pace. Bear in mind, however, that the gatehouses close at 6pm.
Route details
You start from the Celliers de Sion and climb towards the bisse de Clavau. Drive along the bisse and stop at the gatehouse you selected when booking.
The route is a loop that allows you to discover the most beautiful parcels of our vineyards. Enjoy magnificent views of the Rhone plain and surrounding mountains.

The level of difficulty is T2. Good footwear is a must, as the vineyards are steep. The paths are therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Frequently asked questions
Are children welcome?
Yes. You can book the gourmet walk for CHF 35 per child, including a specially adapted menu with 3 fruit juices/minerals.
Keep in mind that the paths are steep and that you need to be careful to ensure their safety.
Please note that the paths are not suitable for baby carriages.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are allowed and we provide them with a water bowl.
What if you don't drink alcohol?
Your tasting coupon is also valid for any mineral.
If you have any unused “glasses” left on your coupon, pass them on to a friend 😉
What happens in bad weather?
You can reschedule or cancel your gourmet walk if the weather changes, at the latest the day before the activity.
In the event of bad weather, we reserve the right to close our booths and cancel our outdoor activities. You will, of course, be personally informed should this happen.
What to pack in your backpack
Our vineyards are very sunny, so don’t forget to bring a cap or hat and sun cream.
We offer you a bottle of water before you leave for the gourmet walk.
Are there toilets on the course?
Only at the following locations: Celliers de Sion, Cube Varone and guérite Brûlefer.
How long does the gourmet walk take?
The walk takes about 2 hours in total.
Add to this time to enjoy the view, taste our wines and your 3-course meal in the bungalow of your choice.
Is the gourmet walk guided?
The gourmet walk is self-guided. In other words, without a guide and on an individual basis.
